       I would pick up the dog at his/her foster home.
       I would work out travel arrangements with the dog's foster parent, meeting partway in-between or getting help from friends/family.
       I would request New Rattitude's Ground Transport Service and I understand that there is a $25 Transport Fee for this service, which will be applied toward the cost of a required health certificate. (Note: Ground Transport services are usually available for distances up to 600 miles.)
       I would ask for New Rattitude's help in arranging an air transport, and I understand that the cost of the flight, mandatory health certificate, and travel crate (normally estimated at $250-$350) would be my responsibility.
       I am unsure.
