SHIPPING is to continental USA only. A charge for shipping/handling will be added at check out, based on the actual shipping weight of your total order.

RETURNS: To resolve any problem with a ReTail Shop order, please email Retail@NewRattitude.org and describe the issue. We will ensure that the problem is satisfactorily corrected. If you change your mind after receiving an order, you may return the order, in whole or in part, to the return address on the shipping label, and a refund for the portion returned, less a 20% restocking fee, will be issued within 48 hours.

PRIVACY: New Rattitude does not retain any customer payment information. We do not use customer contact information for any purpose other than fulfilling orders placed, nor do we share customer information with any other organization whatsoever.
